It made me think of people who travel for extended periods and I could see how almost everything one would need had been thought of and available in the room - I was very impressed! The room as well as furnishings were all well maintained and clean. Staff were all super friendly & helpful. I also absolutely loved the variety and quality of food available during breakfast!

His warm hospitality stood out as he went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Whether it was advice on local attractions or accommodating additional requests, nothing was too much trouble for him. He made sure we never felt rushed and provided an exceptional level of service. The hotel itself is newly refurbished to a very high standard. Our deluxe room was modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. Everything felt fresh and inviting, from the furnishings to the immaculate cleanliness. The location is another huge plus—it’s conveniently situated for exploring Church Street, Commercial Street, MG Road, and the metro, making it perfect for both shopping and sightseeing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and left with no doubt that we would return. The breakfast was excellent with lots of health options and variety to choose from. I was impressed how staff remembered what I preferred in terms of tea/coffee after the first day and brought it for me without asking.
