Located in Parel Mumbai, ITC Grand Central, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Mumbai features rooms and suites with city views. We enjoyed absolutely everything about this hotel. The staff were wonderful and there appeared to be a great team spirit. We especially appreciated the staff in the lounge, on the concierge desk and the housekeeping crew.
