Built in 1903, the iconic Taj Mahal Palace stands majestically opposite the Gateway of India, overlooking the Arabian Sea. We stayed here from Dec 29 2024 to Jan 2 2025. I am writing this review soon after we reached home. This was one of our several visits to the Taj in the past few years and, incredibly, every visit tops the previous one. Often, one wants to try a new place although with the Taj, this is not the case. Somehow, it draws you back again and again. Sakshi helped check us in and stayed in touch throughout the stay. She took over all our matters as soon as we checked in. Which wasn’t easy given the hotel was at near full capacity and the pressure of new year eve preparations. We can’t thank her and Ritesh (the GM of the property) for making our family feel super special. The Taj Mahal Palace wing sets the benchmark for warmth and luxury. One has to stay here to set yourself a benchmark of what hotel stays can be like. If your travels bring you to Mumbai, stay here. Even if it is for a day. It makes life worth living!

Built in 1973, the iconic The Taj Mahal Tower Mumbai stands majestically across from the Gateway of India, overlooking the Arabian Sea. It was an amazing experience. We came on 13/6 from Surat to Mumbai in the morning and had an amazing breakfast. We did ask your managemet if we could see the rooms but we were denied politely. We left for Surat that same night. We had a flight our on 16/6 so we came over to Taj Hotel on the 15th to experience the hospitality and we were greatly impressed

Offering a spa and wellness centre, Abode Bombay is located just 100 metres from the popular and iconic Gateway of India. Guests can approach the 24-hour front desk for assistance. It's a wonderful address to be taken care of in the heart of old Mumbai. The service and the facilities are outstanding. The staff is very professional and makes you feel right at home. It's quite simply the best place to stay in Mumbai.

My recent stay at YWCA international centre was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome and comfortable. The room was impeccably clean. The location was also perfect and I enjoyed the very tasty dinner and rich breakfast. Very very happy to see a lot of women working there, not common in India. Overall I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking for a good hotel in Mumbai. Thank you very much

Set in Mumbai, 500 metres from Gateway of India, Hotel Harbour View boasts air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi throughout the property. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant and bar. This hotel gets an exceptional in my books for the high level of care and treatment to the guests. Very accommodating staff. Whether it be at breakfast or 3 am in the morning. I left my engagement ring (to my husbands horror) behind, and the staff found it and prioritized its safety annd security until someone could collect it. Thank you for the hospitality.

Situated near Gateway of India, Hotel Suba Palace offers free Wi-Fi and houses a multi-cuisine restaurant. 24-hour room service is available. The place was neat and clean. And I loved the morning breakfast, it was amazing
