Absolutely beautiful renovated old building, with lovely details, all facilities And despite being in the city center very quiet. Nice restaurants round the corner

Very nice, cozy and anyway spacious apartment in the center of the city and very close to the beach at the same time. We traveled with our dog and he was also very welcomed in the house. Bruno and Camila are amazing friendly hosts. The breakfast was very tasty. Thanks once again for your nice hospitality, we enjoyed it more, than it was expected. We hope to come back once again :-)

Condominio Fortino se nachází v dobré lokalitě v centru města Grado a nabízí terasu a výhled na moře. Na místě je k dispozici soukromé parkoviště. A great spacy terrrace with an amazing sea view, an umbrella and three sunbeds where we had all our meals, a lot of space, friendly and willing staff of Athena Immobiliare, two internal ACs, directly above the promenade, close to the town center, shops, restaurants and beaches. We were offered one umbrella on the closest part of the beach (sadly, we needed two for 5 people).

The apartment has an excellent location and there is an elevator in the building which makes check-in and check-out much easier. The agency is literally on the other side of the street and they are a bunch of very friendly people, but there is room for improvement in terms of response times (see my detailed description below).
