Our family stayed at Palazzo Pandola in Naples from December 1st to December 6th, and we had a truly wonderful experience. The room was very comfortable, spacious, and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety of options. All the staff were incredibly kind and always went out of their way to provide us with the best experience possible. Claudia was especially helpful—she assisted us with a late check-in after 11 PM, promptly responded to our WhatsApp messages, and gave us fantastic recommendations for attractions in Naples. Silvana, who took care of the room cleaning and breakfast, was always attentive, and Roberta, the owner of the hotel, shared great tips and was always very friendly. We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend Palazzo Pandola to anyone looking for accommodations in Naples.

It's a really great place to have both short-term and long-term stay. The staffs there are really friendly and helpful during my stay. The check-in procedure was quite clear and contactless, which I liked the most. I got the detailed instruction for check-in one day in advance, following the insturction it's just a 5 minutes work. For me it was a business trip and my luggage was delayed one day from the airplane, the staff helped me to collect it from the delivery when I was outside of the hotel, they are really supportive for the circumstances. The room is quite clean and modern, very comfortable and well furnished. For the location, it's perfect, close to everything including the train station and good restaurants. During the night I didn't feel that much noise from outside, it's a great choice for both vacation and business trip that you can rest very well. In general I would like to give 12 stars over 10, highly recommended.

The location was absolutely perfect, everything was right there next to the hotel. It was on the 4th floor, so the street noise didn't bother us either. Our host was extremely attentive and helpful and the hotel was immaculately clean and tidy. There were two bottles of water in the fridge when we arrived and one day we even received a handmade key chain as a gift. Thank you for everything.
