Erika is a reliable and very kind host, the location is great (very quiet, the main noise being the delicate chirping of birds in the morning, and at a 45-minute bus drive from Roma Termini), the room was clean, cosy and the toilet had a large shower.

We felt right at home with the warm welcome from Patrizia. Nothing was a bother and the room was lovely. Easily commutable from Rome, we had a car and parking was really easy. Beautiful surroundings, great advice from the hosts and breakfast was fresh and sufficient. Our last stay after 4 weeks in Italy and was definitely the best. Thankyou, we will stay again.

The apartment was in excellent condition and spotlessly clean, it had everything as described in the listing, with great attention to detail and comfort. The parking space was a real bonus, they are very rare in Rome! The host was excellent, quickly answering any questions we had and swiftly providing fresh bedding following a nosebleed incident. altogether a great experience, we hope to be re-booking in the near future.
