Location very good, not in the downtown, but nearby the Laurentina metro station, about 5-10 minutes by walk. Owner is very friendly and helpful. The apartman is nice, clean, everything was there what we needed. I can recommend to eceryone.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment during our vacation in Rome with my family 😊 The apartment was very clean and nice. It is located in the quiet neighborhood. There is a metro station around 15 minutes walking distance, so you can easily get to the city centre. The apartment has the reserved parking garage, which is awesome if you are traveling by car. The hosts send clear instructions that make your check-in and stay go smoothly. The hosts were amazing! They were very responsive and even left us the welcoming gifts. We enjoyed every moment staying at this place and it Indeed felt like home. I highly recommend this apartment for a stay and would love to stay here again during our next trip to Rome!

We loved the email communication from the owners prior to arrival and during our stay. The apartment was very comfortable and modern and had many conveniences to make the stay enjoyed. It's a short walk to the buses and train so made getting around easy. We stayed there for 5 nights as our son was playing rugby across a number of rugby stadiums.

We spent here 4 days because of our 25. anniversary of our marriage. The place is quiet, at the end of some estate, with view on the park; very relaxing after visiting centre of Rome. We expirienced a local Italian life, without tourists, visiting local shops, pizzeria, enjoying local planszowa and animals - for example wild living green parrots.
