The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with the team being both welcoming and professional. The room was immaculate, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and the attention to detail in the room’s decor added a touch of luxury. Housekeeping was prompt and thorough every day, maintaining the room to a high standard throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the hotel's breakfast. The variety and quality exceeded my expectations, and the staff's attentiveness made it even more enjoyable. The location is perfect – central yet peaceful, making it easy to explore the city's main attractions while still enjoying a tranquil retreat at the end of the day. The hotel also offers great value for money considering the level of service and amenities provided. Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and well-catered experience. I will definitely return on my next visit.

Old world charm meets modern facilities. The bedroom was a standard size and had all that i needed for this stay. Wonderful and amicable staff with great customer service skills. Room and facilities were very clean. Glorious morning breakfast included a variety of meats, cheeses, breads, fruits, and cakes. Cafe lattes and capuchinos were a dream. Did I say the place was clean? Peeve of shops and historic sites within walking distance and that includes Puorta Nuova train station.

Vlakové nádraží Porta Nuova je vzdálené 10 minut chůze odtud. it was a lovely, traditional hotel with great staff and a good breakfast selection down a maze of rooms in the basement. we loved the location, and walking around the whole area. for the price, i think this is exceptional value.
