Mulțumim domnului de la Spa ,pentru atenția cu care sa purtat cu noi. Aici ai vestiare curate ,prosoape ,tot ce ai nevoie.Recomandam cu caldura acest hotel și mulțumim .

I requested an early check-in at the hotel, I informed the hotel that I would arrive at the hotel around 7-8 am. I didn't expect that the hotel would grant my request. In my surprise, they prepared the room and it was ready when I reached the hotel at 8.30 am. They even offered me breakfast on the house and upgraded my room to Deluxe. Mr. Ahmed and Ms. Noura at the reception were very friendly and helpful, I admire their genuine hospitality. The room is so clean and quiet with a comfy bed and sofa. I enjoyed the fast internet Wi-Fi as well. The breakfast was rich with many options! Overall, I really enjoyed staying at the hotel and will look forward to my next visit in the near future.

The communication 👏 🙌 from staff in hotel and the way how talking very Gentel and nice also the hospitality from them all staff including Mr. Adel and Rami, even the lady who is cleaning well done for all them.

This hotel is located in Shmeisani, Amman’s central business district. It features a 24-hour gym, a spa and 7 restaurants & bars. The rooms offer panoramic Amman city views. We had a wonderful stay at this stunning, high-class hotel. Everything was absolutely perfect: the place is spotless, elegant, and offers ideal accommodations. The bars and restaurants are simply beautiful, both in atmosphere and in the quality of the food and service. But what truly made our experience unforgettable was the staff. Every single team member is incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. You really feel at home — but in a luxury setting. A huge thank you to Oulaia, Loujain and Dorra for their kindness, sweetness, and impeccable service — they are both lovely and so professional. A special thank you to Bayan for her generosity and heartwarming words that we will never forget. She is truly an exceptional woman with all the qualities of a great manager. And of course, a big thank you to Saeed whose incredible help with valet service and so much more, was deeply appreciated. Every person we encountered helped make this stay so special. There is absolutely nothing negative to say — everyone deserves the best. We will definitely come back! An unforgettable stay at an exceptional hotel!

Dali House se află în Amman, la 15 minute de mers pe jos de Moscheea Al Hussainy, și pune la dispoziție un lounge comun, o terasă, un bar și parcare privată gratuită. Everything was amazing staying here. Cute cafés and restaurants are in a walkable distance, and the room is really clean, good hot shower, spacious and comfy. Hotel staffs, especially Yassan was really and help me a lot to plan my travel. Great hospitality. Highly recommend!
