Although the staff did not speak English, they did have a translator device so we were able to communicate. Best thing of all, they have a free Cafe space which allows you to have free coffee and tea. Hotel was also very close to the subway station and convenience store. The subway station is connected to a lot of restaurants and department stores.

The room size is just like what it claimed so that I can easily open two 28" luggages at the same time. The amenities are quite great, and the quality of the bath salts is even better! The electrical equipment is better than other Japanese chain hotels.

I liked that the location of the hotel was convenient, it was connected to Sannomiya station almost all the way with underground passages. The free breakfast was good, with plenty of variety and the option to take a box of food back up to the room instead of eating at the lobby.
