I like everything about it , the staff were soo nice and welcoming , they let us to drop our luggage early in the morning & helped us calling a taxi to take us to Sapporo station , the room was so clean , has everything u need and big enough for two , there was a grocery store near by and it’s walkable to many stations around the property

I really love about the stay here, the staff were really friendly helping out to sort the taxi issue that I was having. The room was great. It was spacious and clean. The breakfast is quite good with a lot of choice given and the location is quite close to the nearest station, but it might still be a problem if you plan to walk towards it during winter times, which could be quite challenge and chilly with the luggage along.

The location was fantastic. As there was a park nearby covered in snow. The breakfast and free drinks throughout the day was great.
