The stuff was super friendly and helpful. Hotel is not far from Akihabara station, plenty of restaurants nearby. There’s a bar and pizza restaurant right on the first floor. Hotel has a nice brochure which lists a collection of nice shops and restaurants nearby, we visited some of them and they were really nice. Overall a very pleasant experience we would definitely stay again.

Great location and a quiet neighborhood. Not as crazy as Shinjuku or Shibuya but the location is central enough that you can get to those places very quickly. The room was very clean with all you can ask for. Cozy beds and clean bathroom.

The room was quite spacious and was very clean, the free amenities that came with room were also very convenient and the location was perfect being only a 5 minute walk to the nearest train station. But the best thing was how accommodating and helpful the staff were allowing us to store our luggage which we had been hauling around before check-in and after check-out which was very helpful and convenient.
