BOOK HOTEL 神保町 is goed gelegen in de wijk Chiyoda in Tokyo, en ligt op 2 minuten lopen van Kanda Suzuran Shopping Street, 500 meter van Niijima Jo Birthplace Remains en 5 minuten lopen van Shokei-kan.... Het hotel was een perfecte uitvalsbasis in Jimbocho. Naast m'n favoriete winkel met vintage/retro filmposters etc. Dicht bij een metro en ook goed te reizen naar de drukkere plekken in Tokio. Alleen hier is het lekker rustig en heb je een ruime kamer om je in terug te trekken om een boek te lezen, die je kan vinden in het hotel zelf. Het was mijn laaste nacht in Tokio, dus daar heb ik helaas geen gebruik van gemaakt. Hoewel je om 15:00 kan inchecken, is het makkelijk om eerder hier je koffer in een kluisje achter te laten, om Jimbocho te verkennen

Het Sotetsu Fresa Inn Ochanomizu Jimbocho werd in februari 2015 geopend en ligt op 4 minuten te voet van het metrostation Jimbocho (uitgang A7) en op 8 minuten wandelen van JR-station Ochanomizu. For those bibliophile, you should stay at this hotel, because it is surrounded by bookstores, book cafe and great coffee shop to just chill, such as good location with many great restaurants nearby and only few steps to subway station.

Het is gunstig gelegen op 2 minuten lopen van het metrostation Jimbocho. Hotel Villa Fontaine Tokyo-Jimbocho biedt eenvoudige, moderne accommodatie. Rooms are very clean with good services. The room is small but functional. Its enough to fit 2 medium luggage and a stroller. The hotel is about 5 minutes to the nearest train station. Fast internet which was great if you needed to do some work. There's a laundry room operated by coin slots which was very convenient.

Sakura Hotel Jimbocho ligt op een gunstige locatie, op slechts 2 minuten wandelafstand van het metrostation Jimbocho. Top locatie, vriendelijk personeel. Geweldige locatie, fijn dat je elke dag een schone ochtendjas krijgt en dat ze die aanbieden. Kamer elke dag netjes opgemaakt. Elke ochtend een lekkere soep die varieert.

She stored our bags for 4 days while we were in Kyoto before we checked into her place.

We stayed at this lovely family run boutique hotel during New Year's week. The quiet location of the hotel was a restful contrast to the crowded tourist areas which we could easily access by walking to the nearby train station. The accommodations were modern and spacious with very comfortable beds which have Simmons Beautyrest mattresses. Our very tall teenage boys easily fit in the beds. Our room also included a dining table, sofa, and a small kitchenette. Our booking included a delicious breakfast made daily on site by our hosts and served in the lounge. We even had a special New Year's Day breakfast called Osechi Ryori which included ozoni and a traditional Japanese breakfast on the weekend. The warm hospitality that our hosts extended to us made us feel like we were guests in their home. When we went out for a day trip, they would offer thoughtful items to take depending on our itinerary. When our family became unexpectedly ill, our hosts gave us a care package with supplies and brought breakfast up to our room. We couldn't have been more well cared for. Our kind and gracious hosts treated us like family. They made our trip to Japan so memorable. We would definitely return.
