Located in the heart of Tokyo, just a few steps away from Ginza, the world-famous shopping and entertainment district. Enjoyed the variety of food, helpful staff and modern faculties. Everything was very slick!!

The location was great. The hotel has great amenities and was clean. Also very special thank you to Suzuki from the front desk who assisted my sister and I with our luggage delivery to Kyoto. He was so kind, pleasant, friendly and really of such great help.

Offering direct access from Shiodome Subway Station and within a 10-minute walk from JR Shinbashi Train Station, Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Tokyo-Shiodome offers modern accommodations. The location is perfect, next to 2 subway stations so it is easy to go almost anywhere. Breakfast very good, very attentive staff. The room was a bit small for 3 pax for two weeks but it was not a problem as we spent most of the time in the City. Very clean room, well equipped, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There are a lot of places to eat just 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. Will definitely stay again.

Mitsui Garden Hotel Shiodome Italia-gai is an 8-minute walk from Hamamatsucho JR and Monorail Station. It offers a large public bath, a cafe and rooms with free wired internet. The hotel has an excellent location: 10-15 minutes walk to the metro station or to the monorail stop (direct connection to Haneda Airport). Within walking distance of Tsukiji Outer Market (20 minutes). On the way to the market you can stroll through a beautiful landscaped park.The hotel has a good breakfast and dinner buffet with low cost and good quality (European and Japanese cuisine). For us, breakfast was not included in the room price; we just came to the restaurant and paid on the spot. The room has sufficient space. The hotel has a good public onsen, a visit is included in the price.

We had a lovely view from our room and the breakfast was delicious. It is served on the third floor with stunning views and we were lucky enough to see Mount Fuji on our first morning. Honestly, that alone made the stay worth it.

The atmosphere, with jazz music and art pieces, evokes the charm of the movie Lost in Translation. Additionally, there’s a direct train to Shinjuku from the nearby Shiodome Station.

This is the best hotel I have stayed in Tokyo, and I'm looking forward to staying again in the future. Everything was clean, the staff was exceptionally nice and the place was very comfy. This hotel made me feel at home and safe even when I was so far away and traveling solo for the first time. It's about 6 minutes walking from Shinbashi station. The capsule floor was very hot on the first week and very cold on the second, but ask the staff nicely and they can change the temperature for you, just remember to tell them which floor you're in as temperature is different in each. The staff changed the temperature and gave me an additional blanket. 🫶🏻 Pillow was a bit too hard and thick but that's my personal preference. There's restrooms on each floor, these are separated in cubicles in a big area, there's like 8. Outside the restroom, you'll find an area for you to do your hair and makeup. There are also hair straighteners and curlers. The showers are in a shared space where the artificial hotspring is, but there's also one with a curtain if you need more privacy. The hotspring is amazing and they're okay with tattoos which is a plus! In the bath area, you'll also find hair and skin products for you to use for free, as well as other products like cotton swabs, hair combs, ties, etc. There are also face steamers and massage chairs. Overall, this hotel has a wonderful vibe, and it made me feel very feminine! You'll find more freebies in the lounge area such as rice, miso soup, sodas, coffee, ice cream, and you get curry for breakfast. All free of charge. And you can make friends there!
