In a quiet area of Yokohama, but 4 minutes walk away from bustling Chinatown and tube station. Personnel was very kind and helpful. The entrance is a bit hidden. I arrived on a stormy evening and the taxi had to turn around the block twice before we could find it. It is a shared entrance with the restaurant The Anchor. From there an elevator takes you to the 12 floor where the reception is.

We love everything there from staff attention to charming "old fashioed" decors. And its located in the heart of magnificent Chinatown.

Genuinely the best out of the locations I stayed at during my trip and easily the most comfortable. The location was STUNNING, staff extremely kind, and facilities easy to access! Will be coming back next time I travel near yokohama
