Die Lage war perfekt für uns. Es hat eine Metro-Station direkt unter dem Gebäude. Das Zimmer hatte genügend Platz für Alles. Es hat viele Schubladen und Abstellflächen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die tägliche Zimmerreinigung war sehr gut und aufmerksam.

It was a delightful place to stay. The kitchenette and washer/dryer in our room added a touch of home, which we greatly appreciated. Although our visit was brief, just one night, the accommodations would be ideal for a longer stay, featuring quality appliances and tasteful furnishings. The location was convenient, boasting a well-stocked grocery store within the building. The views were spectacular from both our room and the hotel's 7th-floor "lobby." Additionally, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Das Hotel New Grand liegt direkt am Park Yamashita. Es bietet einen Ausblick auf die Bucht von Yokohama. Ein 5 Sterne Hotel mit Geschichte in hervorragender Lage, besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter. Ist zwar in Japan alltäglich aber hier besonders erwähnenswert. Die Qualität der Speisen, das Ambiente und die Sauberkeit steht dem um nichts nach. Wenn ich wieder in diese Gegend komme dann unbedingt dieses Hotel. Ein Danke an das Team, ich habe mich noch selten so wohl gefühlt in meinem Hotel🙏🙏🙏

Die Unterkunft The Gate Hotel Yokohama by Hulic hat eine Gemeinschaftslounge, eine Terrasse, ein Restaurant und eine Bar in Yokohama. The hotel was clean, new and the staff was wonderful. The front desk staff, breakfast/restaurant staff were all so friendly and helpful and all went above and beyond. My parents room was upgraded and they had a perfect view of the ship my grandmother traveled to America on in 1958. It was truly magical.

I enjoyed the close access to the mall and red brick district. It's a short walk to the Gundam Factory, I definitely think that should be a selling point for tourists. The walk there and back you can experience a wonderful park. The staff were helpful in multiple languages. The elevator speeds and response times were excellent. I enjoyed the express check out feature for simply depositing my room key on the entrance level after exiting the elevators.
