Although our visit was brief, just one night, the accommodations would be ideal for a longer stay, featuring quality appliances and tasteful furnishings. The location was convenient, boasting a well-stocked grocery store within the building. The views were spectacular from both our room and the hotel's 7th-floor "lobby." Additionally, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Situated right in front of Yamashita Park and looking out to the Yokohama Bay, Hotel New Grand is a renowned classic hotel with nearly a century of first-class hospitality. The staffs are nice and gave us a upgrade for a room with very nice view

The Gate Hotel Yokohama by Hulic mempunyai lounge berkongsi, teres, restoran dan bar di Yokohama. The hotel was clean, new and the staff was wonderful. The front desk staff, breakfast/restaurant staff were all so friendly and helpful and all went above and beyond. My parents room was upgraded and they had a perfect view of the ship my grandmother traveled to America on in 1958. It was truly magical.

Located next to Sakuragicho station, we were pleasantly surprised how quiet the room was with no discernible train noise. Check-in was easy with staff on hand to help. The room was comfortable and very clean in this newer hotel. The hotel is an excellent base from which to explore the local area or further afield using the excellent train network.

I enjoyed the close access to the mall and red brick district. It's a short walk to the Gundam Factory, I definitely think that should be a selling point for tourists. The walk there and back you can experience a wonderful park. The staff were helpful in multiple languages. The elevator speeds and response times were excellent. I enjoyed the express check out feature for simply depositing my room key on the entrance level after exiting the elevators.
