Quiero hacer especial mención de las personas que nos atendieron, tanto en la recepción como con las maletas, y subiéndonos alguna cosa que nos faltaba a la habitación (papel higiénico), nosotros de hecho no tuvimos ni que llamar, ya que ellos con mucha amabilidad y atención, te llaman a la habitación para confirmar que todo está bien.

It's in the Westland area, which is very safe and right next to Westgate Shopping Centre, close to another mall (Sarit). The location is perfect; you can walk to many shopping areas and restaurants. The rooms are nice and clean, and the gym is one of the best I have ever seen in a hotel. The staff is invaluable and friendly. The wifi works very well. There is a buffet breakfast available, mainly with Indian dishes, and the food tastes quite good.

Good location for exploring Nairobi. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Hotel is huge and very comfortable. Our room was big and a great place to recover from jet lag. Staff was all friendly and helpful. Pool amazing! Would stay here again.

The breakfast was wonderful with many-many options and the staff was super sweet and professional. Rooms were well maintained and comfortable. WiFi worked without problems.

Bidwood Suite Hotel is located in the Westlands area of Nairobi. It offers stylish accommodation and is 200 metres away from the Sarit Centre. The staff were exceptional at welcoming me and maintaining a highly professional warm service. They me feel comfortable and allowed me to enjoy a fantastic moment in Nairobi which was my first, but definitely now not my last. The hotel is fantastic with great food, very clean rooms and located in a location full of vibrant life. The pool, restaurant and spa I thoroughly enjoyed. I have only positive things to say about Bidwood Suites and the team that work there. I am definitely coming back to see them all and stay there

Hotel muy tranquilo, cercano a zonas de entretenimiento y comerciales. Bien mantenido. Personal muy amable. La habitación (dormitorio+ baño + salon- cocina - comedor),era del tamaño de un piso de dos habitaciones de Madrid . Hemos pasado una estancia muy agradable y desde ahí hemos realizado varios viajes por Kenia. La habitación, sabanas... muy limpias Gracias por la atención
