Conveniently located in the Prampir Makara district of Phnom Penh, Capitol One is set 1.7 km from Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum, 1.7 km from Royal Palace Phnom Penh and 1.7 km from Vattanac Capital. Definitely the location. Really convenient. The hostel belongs to the same Capitol Tours company with buses going everywhere, booking at their restaurant next door. My recommendations extended to Siem Reap, I used their bus. In the centre of Siem Reap there's a handy/cheap place to leave baggage, with toilet and shower, local coffee, run by a nice bloke from Czech Republic or so, just behind Banana Hotel , on maps there's Tropical Breeze, 50m down the same alleyway, behind a laundry.
