The staff at reception were excellent and very friendly. They were always happy to assist and gave us really good information. Having a balcony room was so special and we loved the quality of the fixtures and fittings.

The beds were comfortable. Staff were helpful. Location is great. Walking distance to traditional, night markets and Lotte department store. Toilets were equipment with bidet with heated toilet seats.

WE got upgraded when we got there, and the room had everything we needed. Location is perfect, very close to restaurants and public transport. If you need anything, you can ask in reception, and you can also leave your bags after check out. The staff was very attentive and we really enjoyed our stay here.

This is my 3rd time in Busan and this is already the best accommodation. The location is convenient, the view is beautiful, service and facilities are amazing. Elliy is prompt to reply and go extra mile to make sure that my friend and I are comfortable. I feel so welcome here and I wish I can keep this place a secret but I want the best for Elliy’s business! 😂 Thank you Elliy!! 😆

Situated within 600 metres of Gukje Market and 600 metres of Gwangbok-Dong, Bay 202 Hotel features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Busan. Location of the hotel was excellent. It's close to BIFF square, fish market and all. Lively at night. Could always find good places to eat. Close to subway station and bus stops. The room was huge!!!!!!!!!!!! Very comfortable. I was able to get to the hotel from Busan Express Bus station via the subway line.

Checking in takes a little while, but not bad (getting a reply) and once you’re in all’s good. Very nice view, yes, no washing machine use and no glasses/cups is a let down but lots of towels and loo paper given :)
