Having a balcony room was so special and we loved the quality of the fixtures and fittings.

The beds were comfortable. Staff were helpful. Location is great. Walking distance to traditional, night markets and Lotte department store. Toilets were equipment with bidet with heated toilet seats.

WE got upgraded when we got there, and the room had everything we needed. Location is perfect, very close to restaurants and public transport. If you need anything, you can ask in reception, and you can also leave your bags after check out. The staff was very attentive and we really enjoyed our stay here.

Elliy is prompt to reply and go extra mile to make sure that my friend and I are comfortable. The apartment building was in a convenient restaurant area. There are lots of places to eat at and fun arcades to visit. The shower was really nice. Overall, it's a very stylish looking unit. I really enjoyed the self check-in/check-out. The staff was really responsive to my emails. While the seaside view was nice, it is also blocked by a huge HanaroMart sign.

Rooms are comfy, cozy, heated floors, lots of goodies in bathroom. Very nice front desk staff. Super clean! Lounge was small but the atmosphere and view were excellent.
