Beds comfortable. The location is also good. The Negombo beach is 10-15 mins walking. The owner was very humble and nice. He even extended my stay for 3 hours without extra charges. Mohsin Bhai, the caretaker of the property was very helpful and polite.

Friendly and attentive host lives next door. “The Fab” just about a block away opens at 6:00 am and has great coffee and short eats.

It was like visiting Italy of Greek island! So clean and bedroom so simple with beautiful bed spread! So worth the money. Fantastic pasta home made!

Exceptional experience in a classy hotel, resembling colonial mansion. Ultra clean spacious apartment offering comfy stay in style. Hotel grounds are full of flowers, and the pond is pleasure to watch during a day or after dark. Location is good, as it’s relatively close to road but not noisy at all. Good hotel service with attentive staff. Dinner at GINI Restaurant (belongs to same business) was a true delight; just be prepaired that it’s pricey.
