The Gertrude Hotel self check-in is a family-friendly, boutique hotel located in a 19th century Art Nouveau style building. This 4-star hotel is a 15-minute walk from the St. We got upgraded! Super nice room, good breakfast, not much noise from the street at all, despite being close to the city center. We could park our car at a spacious car park close by, for a very reasonable price. Staff very friendly!

Stay was great. Great location, convenient self check-in, free parking in the yard, dog're allowed with no additional fees. Clean, cozy, comfortable bed, quiet at night, all that you might need is there. 5 min from the accommodation, there is a nice park to walk with a dog, and right across the street - yummy burgers)

Location is a little farther from the immediate town centre but there are a few public traffic stops near it and the street is cosy with shops and other places in it like cafés, seems safe as most of Riga. Wifi was working very well. The flat had kitchen with fridge,oven, washing machine, coffee can for heating water, there was a bathroom with the bathtube. Also comfy living room and TV set and a bedroom with a double bed. All was comfortable. There is lots of small statuettes and pics as decoration in the flat. The flat is on the ground floor and is well heated and the towel rack heating is working well too. Unfortunately the sink was only in kitchen, not also bathroom,but thats a detail. The host was kind and helpful. Highly recommended.
