The check-in and check-out process were both smooth and efficient, and communication was clear and prompt. The apartment itself is beautifully maintained and incredibly well-equipped. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook, with modern appliances and plenty of space. The bathroom was spotless and had all the amenities I could ask for. The highlight, though, was the bed—so comfortable and cozy, making it easy to get a great night's sleep after a busy day of exploring. The apartment is also in a great location with easy access to transportation, making it very convenient to get around. The host went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. After check-out, I needed to store my bag for a few hours, and he kindly took care of it for me at his own apartment until midnight—such a thoughtful gesture! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located, and thoughtfully managed apartment. Thank you again to the host for making my stay so memorable!

We stayed as a family of three. The apartment is located on the 7th floor, where a beautiful view opens even through three balconies. The apartment has everything you need, even a Playstation 4 with games. The bedroom bed is comfortable. A shopping center is a few minutes away. The owner of the apartment, Eduart, sent clear instructions on how to get to the apartment.

Stay by the Andrejsala area with Free Parking and reach the Old Town in 15 min walk is set in the Ziemelu district of Rīga, 2.7 km from Bastejkalna Parks, 2.8 km from Latvian National Opera and 3 km... Nice, quiet and - important in November - very warm place not far away from Riga's downtown. Apparently problems with bathoroom have been solved - there is no smell or humidity noted. Overall good value for a money.
