Good location, just got to walk or get bus/taxi over the bridge to get to central old town Rīga. Large enough to house 3, we felt very comfortable in the property and the heating was great! Comfortable beds, pillow a bit thick (but that’s personal preference) and good shower.

Nice&cozy flat No7 está ubicado en el barrio de Zemgales priekšpilsēta, en Riga, a 3,9 km de Riga Town Hall Square, a 4,2 km de Catedral de Riga y a 5 km de Jardín de Vērmanes. We spent a wonderful week with our 3 kids in Maija's lovely apartment. It's an amazing calm place with a very good feeling in a great location. Maija is a very sweet lady with fast response and caring about guests even we've never met in life :D In the apartment was all the basic stuff that you can imagine starting with phone chargers going through some toys via kitchen and bathroom things, good magazines (in multiple languages) and books ending with guest's login to Netflix on smart TV. Every single detail was well thought and we didn't miss anything during our stay. We felt so great :) Building is calm with good parking possibilities around (if there is no parking in front, don't be scared to drive in the back alley next to the building, you will find plenty of spaces...). Everything felt so homey and beds were also very comfy. The apartment was tip top clean with a pleasant smell. One more time BIG thanks to Maija for doing this great job! We will definitely come again when we'll be in Riga.

SUNBEAM DESIGN APARTMENT se encuentra en el barrio de Zemgales priekšpilsēta, en Riga, cerca de Casa de los Cabezas Negras. El alojamiento tiene wifi gratis y lavarropas. Tuve mucha suerte de encontrar este sitio, tiene una relación calidad-precio muy buena, estaba todo muy limpio, nuevo y funcionando (el televisor nunca lo toqué y la calefacción la apagué en cuanto llegué) es lo que llamo un apartamento Ikea, todo es nuevo, todo moderno, todo funciona, es más amplio que en las fotos, está a un kilómetro y algo del centro puedes cruzar el puente y estás en el centro o hacer como yo compré un bono bus 5 días por 10 euros y coger el tranvía y es una sola parada y asi si quieres salir del centro no tienes que pagar el bus, es muy silencioso, una cosa que tienes que saber si te hospedas aquí, la entrada es por  LA PARTE TRASERA del edificio A MANO DERECHA, la escalera es fea como dicen los demás comentario y ten cuidado con los dos últimos escalones bajando, la comunicación con la dueña fue rápida y buena. Riga me sorprendió mucho, es muy bonita, de noche muy solitaria, hablo de noche a las 7 pm no ves un alma por la calle y si eres como yo que cuando viajas no te complicas mucho para comer, te recomiendo  Lido Alus seta, un sitio en el centro con comida local y muy buen precio, es rápido porque es buffet.

Bauskas Street Apartments está ubicado en Riga, a solo 3,9 km de Casa de los Cabezas Negras, y ofrece alojamiento con vista a la ciudad, wifi gratis y estacionamiento privado gratis. Está bien el piso. Vienes por la noche con taxi y la casa es de un aspecto algo chungo (Simplemente algo vieja), pero en realidad está todo muy correcto, el barrio está tranquilo y el piso estaba perfectamente amueblado y preparado.

If you like to stay a little off the city center to live like a temporary local like me, I can’t recommend this place highly enough! 1. Walking to the city center is about 50 minutes. You can walk through beautiful parks, and you can walk across 2 different bridges, each taking you to slightly different spots. 2. On a day when you don’t want to walk all the way, take a train from Tornakalns, for just one stop to Riga. The fare is more than reasonable. 3. A small Maxima X super market nearby. A much bigger Maxima XXX is 16-minute walk away. Very convenient for grocery shopping. 4. I stayed for a week. To be a temporary local, I usually have to clean the entire floor on the day of arrival because it’s going to be my home. Not this place. The building is new, but not brand new, but because the cleaning job the staff does is so impeccable, it was incredibly clean! 5. The apartment is small, but everything is arranged so smartly to utilize the space to the max, and provides everything I possibly need. Also the unit is visually pleasing. 6. Check in is with a QR code which was sent beforehand. Because I travel abroad only with wifi, I took a photo of it, copied and pasted it to Note, and saved it to iBook. It turned out I didn’t have to be this paranoid. Even the copy on iPhone Note worked.

Just about 5 min walk to public transport where every bus or tolleybus takes you over the bridge to the heart of old Riga! Property also has free carpark. The flat is spacious with all utilities. Easy to get keys for the flat any time in 24h. Host is super friendly and very reliable. Definitely will stay there again!
