This hotel is your best choice, because the value for money is great, and the quality service you get is a 5* hotel level. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We had a long trip to Chefchaouene, and were greeted with smiles, jokes, welcome drink and concierge carrying the luggage. The receptionist has also shown the room and the facilities. Not to mention we had a free upgrade to a room with the balcony, which was highly appreciated! Staff was at all times willing to help and initiative in their approach to ensure we enjoy the stay. The breakfast is another thing that surprised me - it was served to us (based on the choices made), felt premium. The view was incredible, the room was modern and clean, designed really nicely with ceiling to floor windows; pillows were so far the best I’ve ever slept on and bathroom felt really luxurious with a nice Moroccan styling. Upon early check out we were provided with take away breakfast including coffee and the staff ensured we would have a taxi (local price!) on time. Location wise hotel is 10 mins away from the bus station by car, walking distance from anywhere else you’d like to go.

The location was cracking, the father and son who run the place couldn't do enough for their guests. Abdul was so kind. Two mins walk to the main square, bed was comfy!

Great location with a wonderful view of the mountains, tasty and fresh meals (you can request a home-cooked dinner in addition to breakfast), friendly and hospitable staff, and comfortable rooms. I really emphasise the comfortable rooms, especially the beds, because I ended up staying for 10 days when I got COVID. The staff could not have been more accommodating: they put my partner in another room with no charge as soon as I tested positive and were happy to allow me to use the open-air terrace (don’t worry, I masked when anyone else was around). They are also happy to arrange transport and anything else you might need - truly next-level hospitality. So I recommend Riad La Santa as a great place to enjoy a holiday but also as a great place to be stuck if something goes wrong.

Location is very convenient in the middle of everything but the rooms are very calm and cozy! The host Saad is very friendly, we were also allowed to use the washing machine. From the rooftop you have an amazing view of your surroundings. The best thing were the adorable kittens who lived there. Can’t recommend this place enough!
