Featuring a shared lounge, a terrace as well as a restaurant, Suite Azur Hotel is set in the centre of Essaouira, 700 metres from Plage d'Essaouira. The riad is situated in the medina, and is located in a small dark ally which can be hard to find. The staff were helpful and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay. The rooms were large, combining traditional Moroccan décor with modern amenities. The this hotel does have som inspirations from traditional riads, but is a modern hotel. A great stay.

This luxurious hotel features a terrace with a heated outdoor pool with panoramic views of the Medina and the sea. It is just 400 metres from the beach, in central Essaouira. I love every thing about the hotel specially the staff who worked there , they were so kind and helpful . They even gives my 2 kids gifts before we leave the hotel it was very thoughtful of them and made my kids happy .

Why do we easily give an excellent rating? The lovely, super hospitable owners and managers Chris and Craig The Riad was remodeled by them to an extremely upscale and tasteful standard Just opened in Sep 2024 - everything brand new Extremely tasteful, thought through and high-end interior and decoration Great location just behind the medina wall at the south-east corner in the medina with a few minutes’ walk to the parking place (if you have your own car as we had this is very handy) We loved our room on the upper floor with windows to the outside and to the atrium - a lot of day light in the room which is not common for Riads. Room was big and cozy at the same time. Great roof terraced. A clear top recommendation! Follow the recommendation of the owners for restaurants (we e.g. loved La Couple within a 15-minute walk) The riad is a perfect relaxed fit to the relaxed atmosphere of Essaouira. This is an easy return for us (we live in the NL and there are convenient flights to Essaouira)

Featuring a terrace, Mama Souiri Hotel is set in the centre of Essaouira, 500 metres from Plage d'Essaouira. Great spot in the old city center. Close to the hotel: restaurants,bars,coffee places,gift shops,parking spot 1 dh per hour, the beach, sqala, fish market, art galleries. You will find everything there's to see in Essaouira near this place. The room: tv with international chanels, comfy bed, clean bathroom with hair dryer, sound proof windows. The hotel: nice salon to use for work,reading, lill patio for smoking,great deco and art on the walls. The breakfast: terass with seaguls everywhere loved it loved it, had a nice view of the sea, staff are really nice, they served coffee ,orange juice (fresh), milk hot coco,mint tea, fried eggs, spong cake, bread, morrocan pancakes and mlawi, butter,cheese,jam,olive oil, Amlou! Price: 850 dh for 3 days 2 nights standard double room with a view of the old town. Thank you!
