Staying in this little hotel in the heart of the Medina of Tangiers was a highlight of our trip which also included southern Portugal and the Algarve, southern Spain and the Costa del Sol! We are so glad we decided to visit Tangier for parts of 2 days and one night! A positive Cultural experience and the warmest hospitality, plus the best food in our whole trip made this so memorable! The Riad was so beautifully decorated with a comfortable bed and modernized bathroom, the lovely young multilingual woman at reception was especially helpful with directions, describing the city and the Medina in particular, plus arranging transportation to the ferry, etc, and the food, prepared right in the hotel was delectable. As there was a big downpour in the evening, we couldn’t eat dinner on the rooftop but the staff set up small tables for two to dine on each of the inner courtyard levels, and served their traditional,delicious foods as a candlelit dinner, even! Tea and cookies on arrival and an excellent traditional breakfast the next morning were served on the terrace. We felt completely safe in this little oasis.

We got upgraded when we arrived and our hotel room was beautiful, spacious and clean. They let us enter the room when it was clean before the official check in time also! The roof is gorgeous with tables and chairs and a stunning view of the Medina and Port. Highly highly recommend this hotel!!

The location was perfect. 10 stars perfect location. The staff were friendly and laid back. Helpful and also peaceful. The room was super clean. The beds were firm and this is comfortable to me. It smelled good in the whole place. The shared bathroom was very clean.

The hotel was very beautiful and clean and had a special character in terms of authentic Moroccan decor. It is located in a very good place and close to the port. Moad and Mohamed are very wonderful and helpful people. The cleaner lady Fatima is a person with a pure heart. The lady who prepares breakfast is a wonderful person and an excellent cook. We will come back again. Thank you

Amazing welcome with Moroccan tea and coffee on the rooftop terrace, friendly staff who went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and everything went fluently with the accommodation but also with arranging taxies and attractions to during our stay! The room was exactly how it was described, clean, freshly renovated and styled with local colors and fabrics!
