Bishrelt hotel is one of the best located luxury hotels in the heart of Ulaanbaatar city. Guests can enjoy a meal at the on-site restaurant. Loved the stay. The staff were very nice, the room was lovely. I liked being in a walkable part of town. There’s not a lot of English spoken, but Google translate deals with that, and everyone was very kind and helpful. Also good location, for example the 20 min walk to the monastery with the giant Buddha is well worth it.

Anand and his team reliably organized the airport pickup and dropoff for us on the day of our arrival and departure, which was very convenient and definitely worthwhile. On the day of our arrival we landed very early meaning we reached the hostel well before the checkin time. As we were suffering from jetlag, we were kindly allowed to nap in the common areas until our room was ready. The room itself was simply furnished but clean and had everything we needed/expected. The hostel itself is located very centrally so that we could reach all main attractions on foot. For destinations further out, there is a bus stop just a few meters away, where most of the major buslines can be boarded. Finally, since the hostel is in a side alley to the main road, the room was relatively quiet for sleeping, despite the bustling city noise. Anand himself has also plenty of useful tips for planning your road-trip through Mongolia and can help organize tours, cars and drivers if you arrive without a plan of your own.

Zaya Stays is situated in the Chingeltei district of Ulaanbaatar, 1.5 km from National Museum of Mongolian History, 1.8 km from Sukhbaatar Square and 2.3 km from Chinggis Khan Statue. We ordered an apartment with 3 rooms,it’s very clean and comfortable,the boss speak English very well.The price is very reasonable, and we can cook by ourselves,that’s very convenient!
