Staff very nice(Leena she can speak Thai/Audrey) They are willing to service Nice view(can see The parisian) Good Facility and service(can refill water unlimited, there’s souvenir(teddy bear) and can take it home(I really like the dice-rolling duck🐤🎲❣️) Near bus stop

From the moment we arrived we were impressed, we were greeted by Peter who assited us to check in and some good advice on attractions. The room was great, comfortable, great amenities and very clean. The over service over our stay was excellent nothing was too difficult. Very impressed.

Mr Bernado one of the staff gave us a great brief of what to do with Macau in a short stay and all his recommendations were great. The hotel is kids friendly with many activities and gifts for young children. the location of the hotel is good. across the road near Taipa village - a lot of street food and history (exit via Galaxy hotel)
