Mandarin Oriental, Macau is located on the Peninsula, a 5-minute drive from A-Ma Temple and Senado Square. We went to Macau to celebrate our bithday as we both have them in December. Mandarin went TRULY above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing and unique. First of all: we got picked up from the terminal by the Concierge, a nice gesture as he explained everything on the short way to the hotel. Then: we got upgraded to Presidential Suite. 10/10 review doesn’t do it justice. Of course the suite itself is amazing, it’s huge and has a lot of great amenities - but that’s a given in a hotel like Mandarin. What truly stood out was the service: absolutely everyone, from bellhop, reception, concierge, in-room dining staff, housekeeping staff, Spa and managers, was TOP class. Everyone was extra kind and warm (in a good way, it didn’t feel forced), but also very helpful (in a good way, not too „tight”). We received great recommendations on what to do and where to go and felt well taken care of. Spa also deserves a special mention as the treatment we got was outstanding and very relaxing: perfect way to finish our journey. Mandarin really made sure our stay was magical. We would like to thank the entire staff who served us and we will definitely come back. Can’t recommend Mandarin Macau enough. 11/10 experience.

Hotell Central Macau asub mugavalt Macaus. Kohapeal on konditsioneeriga toad, ühine puhkeruum, tasuta WiFi-ühendus ja terrass. Kahetärnihotelli kõigist tubadest avaneb vaade linnale. The room was spacious, clean and well furnished. The bathroom was beautiful with a big shower and all the products/kits we needed. Very nice breakfast. Everything is new. Highly recommended!

Aside from the complete amenities that the sands offer, the staff and service is amazing! Everyone is accommodating and really cares about its customers. We stayed here for our anniversary and the staff prepared anniversary surprises for us (they gave us cake and some free snacks and Drinks which are all amazing!!)

Newish hotel and more shops should be opening within the hotel grounds. Staff were very helpful esp the Filipinos as the other staffs were not very well versed in English. It was a big birthday celebration and they upgraded us to the top floor with amazing views, so we were very happy
