We went to Macau to celebrate our bithday as we both have them in December. Mandarin went TRULY above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing and unique. First of all: we got picked up from the terminal by the Concierge, a nice gesture as he explained everything on the short way to the hotel. Then: we got upgraded to Presidential Suite. 10/10 review doesn’t do it justice. Of course the suite itself is amazing, it’s huge and has a lot of great amenities - but that’s a given in a hotel like Mandarin. What truly stood out was the service: absolutely everyone, from bellhop, reception, concierge, in-room dining staff, housekeeping staff, Spa and managers, was TOP class. Everyone was extra kind and warm (in a good way, it didn’t feel forced), but also very helpful (in a good way, not too „tight”). We received great recommendations on what to do and where to go and felt well taken care of. Spa also deserves a special mention as the treatment we got was outstanding and very relaxing: perfect way to finish our journey. Mandarin really made sure our stay was magical. We would like to thank the entire staff who served us and we will definitely come back. Can’t recommend Mandarin Macau enough. 11/10 experience.

L'hotel è molto bello con uno stile ricercato. Le camere sono in ottime condizioni e ben tenute e i bagni ampli e puliti. Abbiamo usufruito si una promo per 2 camere separate con offerta una bottiglia di vino e tutti i servizi a un prezzo ottimo! - Posizione buona vicina all'arrivo dell'aliscafo in arrivo da Hong Kong e a pochi passi dal lungo mare dove si raggiunge una bella passeggiata. Vicino all'hotel ci sono numerosi negozi, caffè e ristoranti. Dista circa 15 minuti a piedi dalla zona pedonale e a 20/25 minuti dalle rovine di San Paolo. - Piscina ampia con acqua tiepida e idromassaggio con acqua calda. Scivolo per i bambini. - Personale gentile e disponibile. Parlano inglese - Free Shuttle dall'albergo ogni giorno ad orari predefiniti per raggiungere l'imbocco del nuovo ponte da cui partono i bus per raggiungere Hong Kong (aeroporto o città)

Very closed to the City Center of old Macao, perfect connected to public transport, a lot of sightseeing can be done by walk, a lot of shops and restaurants around. Very friendly and helpful staff. Freshly renovated hotel provides a unique melange of old Chinese design and newest techniques in the rooms. Would come back and recommend it to friends.

Opened in 2004, Sands® Macao is a world-class hotel and entertainment complex with 289 luxury suites. Aside from the complete amenities that the sands offer, the staff and service is amazing! Everyone is accommodating and really cares about its customers. We stayed here for our anniversary and the staff prepared anniversary surprises for us (they gave us cake and some free snacks and Drinks which are all amazing!!)

Great location and all the amenities needed for a family of 4. Newish hotel and more shops should be opening within the hotel grounds. Staff were very helpful esp the Filipinos as the other staffs were not very well versed in English. It was a big birthday celebration and they upgraded us to the top floor with amazing views, so we were very happy
