There were many close restaurants. The lady who ran the place was super friendly. The property was more like a townhouse. There was no noise from other people on the property.

The pool is quite nice. with sun shades, a little trampoline, and some effort to cater to the wants of vacationing kids. the a/c in the room worked quite well and managed to cool the entire apartment. the door person was always pleasant, helpful, or thoughtful. proximity to the beach, while not ideal for walking, it’s certainly close enough that you’re just a convenient 2 minute drive. I did walk to the beach. it took me 10.5 mins at a fast pace downhill. and 12.5 minutes returning. (it’s a steep climb from the beach.)
