The front of house staff, Nestor and Dario, are absolute legends and couldn't do enough for us to make our stay the best it could be. They organised absolutely everything and anything we needed, and gave us load of helpful tips and tricks for the area. The hotel itself is like an oasis — beautifully maintained and super clean. Very peaceful. The rooms are just like the pictures. This was the best place we stayed in Mexico and we definitely didn't want to leave.

It was a fantastic experience, I loved every single thing at this place. The location is perfect, interior is so beautiful and instagrammable, our room was clean and spacious. They have bikes that you can use free of charge to get around the city. I really loved the jungle atmosphere and birds singing in the morning. Hotel manager Max is the most helpful and friendly person I've ever met! This place really felt like home, we stayed here for 2 weeks and did not want to leave at all.
