Joel was my contact and he and the team were exceptional, even making dinner reservations for us at nearby restaurants, as well as box lunches for our daytrips The rooms are beautifully appointed, with very comfortable beds. The rooftop is breathtaking and the breakfast up there excellent. Thank you so much!

A very nice and clean hotel, the breakfasts are excellent, the location is very quiet, we used bicycles and a scooter to get around. The staff is very friendly, especially Mr. John, who helped us with everything we could think of. I highly recommend it.

Very nice little oasis. We liked that the room balcony was very private and facing nature. The apartment had two floors that we really liked. Breakfast was simple but nice. Big space.

Everything about the hotel was amazing! From the area, to the arrival, to the decoration and the cleanliness. My husband and I had a wonderful time!

Terrassiga hotell Koos Tulum asub Tulumis Quintana Roo piirkonnas, 5,5 km kaugusel Tulumi arheoloogilisest paigast ja 1,8 km kaugusel Tulumi bussijaamast. They were so helpful with everything and always helped book taxis and recommended good places around the hotel.

Välibasseini, aia, terrassi ja restoraniga Orchid House Tulum asub Tulumis. Selles viietärnihotellis pakutakse concierge- ja keemilise puhastuse teenuseid. Orchid house Tulum was better than what I expected. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The food was not a 10 a 100 plus, prefer to eat at the restaurant instead of anywhere else. DELICIOUS! it was so good, that i wanted to marry the chef. The room from the size, to cleanliness, to very comfortable. I loved it! If I visit Tulum again, I will not choose to stay nowhere else, even if is free.. Orchid house will be my permanent stay!

Located 3.1 km from Tulum Archeological Site, Kimpton - Aluna Tulum provides rooms with air conditioning in Tulum. Beautiful resort, very quiet. Not sure if it was a slow time in general, but generally very few people in the restaurants, pools, which we liked. The food was very good, and the cocktails were excellent. Very friendly staff, and comfortable beds. We want to go back!

Tulumi Zama linnaosas asuv Calea Tulum on Tulumi arheoloogilisest paigast 5,4 km, Tulumi bussijaamast 1,6 km ja Tulumi rahvuspargist 4 km kaugusel. Kohapeal on concierge ja välibassein. Room was excellent, with comfortable beds, and couch , apartment area excellent for husband to sleep while I was up in living room. Balcony was a huge plus to enjoy the evening. Pool area pleasant. Having a coffee maker provided is a huge bonus! Walkable to restaurantes, stores and plaza area. Great atmosphere. Quiet area to sleep.
