The breakfast on the rooftop (not included) was very convenient as it was the only place we could get coffee at 7am :-) The staff, including the servers at the rooftop resto, were always very helpful. We couldn't try the pool....but would you when there's the ocean and cenotes not too far away ;-)

Loved how quiet the hotel was, breakfast was freshly cooked with several options, including fruit and eggs, overlooking the beautiful pool. Bathroom facilities were spotlessly clean and all worked really well. We were given the choice everyday whether we wanted our room cleaned, which I appreciated. Room temperature was perfect. Although there weren't bikes to use at the hotel, the hotel staff arranged for bikes to be delivered to the hotel within 1 hour at a reasonable price. Very easy to cycle everywhere (Beach/ruins/restos either in the neighbourhood or pueblo)

The breakfast was wery good, and enough. I would go back. Was everything perfect.

I found the staff to be extremely kind and helpful. The place itself is lovely — nice quiet space with great aesthetic. Super clean and just over all good vibes. I’d definitely return and I have already recommended it to others.

Kimpton - Aluna Tulum oferă camere cu aer condiționat în Tulum, la 3,1 km de situl arheologic Tulum. Beautiful resort, very quiet. Not sure if it was a slow time in general, but generally very few people in the restaurants, pools, which we liked. The food was very good, and the cocktails were excellent. Very friendly staff, and comfortable beds. We want to go back!

Calea Tulum se bucură de o locație excelentă în cartierul Zama din Tulum, la 5,4 km de Situl arheologic Tulum, la 18 minute de mers pe jos de Tulum Bus station și la 4 km de Parque Nacional Tulum. Room was excellent, with comfortable beds, and couch , apartment area excellent for husband to sleep while I was up in living room. Balcony was a huge plus to enjoy the evening. Pool area pleasant. Having a coffee maker provided is a huge bonus! Walkable to restaurantes, stores and plaza area. Great atmosphere. Quiet area to sleep.
