We got there in the evening and wanted something to eat he asked the porter to take us to a place to order some food..helped us out in the morning with getting sim cards etc...100% great customer service

I liked the fact that the hotel was central to everything. The staff was very friendly, especially Ebrahim, at our arrival. Our rooms were on 2 different floors and we requested our rooms be next to each other and he moved us to the 9th floor with interleading rooms. It's absolutely amazing. That will be a 10 for him.

I was there off peak so the hotel was very quiet - I had the rooftop pool to myself, rather than a buffet breakfast they served whatever you wanted from a menu and on the last day they were kind enough to allow me a late check out. Complimentary bottle of water in room every day was good.
