Set in a Gothic monastery, Kruisherenhotel Maastricht - Oostwegel Collection, member of Design Hotels has free WiFi. It has a mezzanine level restaurant in the central church hall. We were greeted as if we were friends coming for a visit. The staff were all very friendly/professional and we were treated very well. The building is absolutely gorgeous from one end to the other. Beautiful architecture, mixed with modern art ..every inch was new and different and stunning. The room was wonderful, from the very comfortable bed right down to the warm cozy smelling hand soap. The restaurant food was off the charts delicious and unique, and sitting up above the "Alter" with the windows was the most unique and special dining experience. Absolutely love it, it made our 20th anniversary extra special and we couldnt have been happier with our stay there.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay in Maastricht. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and Karin has included every possible amenity. The breakfast in particular was simply amazing and better than many breakfast buffets at well known international chain hotels. Could not recommend this place more.
