Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood near the famed stupa, the hotel is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained by a crew of friendly and dedicated staff including the gentleman receptionist (who I regretfully forgot the name), the kind maid/cook Sapana, and the gardener/driver Amber! The airport shuttle service was on ppint, and I felt at home and comfortable throughout my stay and would love to stay longer if I had time. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to stay in the stupa area!

Hotel Tibet International is a minute’s walk from Boudhanath Stupa in Kathmandu and 1 km from Pashupatinath Temple – both UNESCO World Heritage Sites. There were 11 of us staying at this Hotel for 1 night before flying off to Paro, Bhutan. So we were not able to enjoy their breakfast. I requested for the breakfast to be changed to lunch since our Room Rate has included breakfast. The Hotel was very kind to us and gave us complimentary staff. The Hotel also arranged for airport pick up and transfer for us at a reasonable price. From the Hotel, it is within walking distance to Boudha Stupa. We love this Hotel so much. The Hotel restaurant has a beautiful view of the Boudha Stupa too. I shall strongly recommend this Hotel to travellers who might want to spend some time at Boudha Stupa and its nearby area. The Hotel Front Desk Staff were well trained and extremely helpful. One of the tall guy with Chinese Face helped me to cancel my dinner reservation at one of the nearby restaurant just because I was too lazy to walk to the restaurant for the cancellation. Sorry I forgot about his name.
