Located in Kathmandu, 1.9 km from Hanuman Dhoka, Hotel Ambassador features free WiFi access and free private parking. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. Service and hospitality is very good. Front office team are very nice. OVERALL service is very nice. Swastika and Bijaya from front office is very helpful during checkout time. I WILL RECOMMEND THE HOTEL.

This was the third time I have stayed in this property. It feels like you are in your own home. Staffs are very friendly, accommodating, caring and courteous. Let me give you an example of its caring staff. “For the breakfast, they serve you with two slices of toasts. Since I was cutting down carbs, I asked the lady at front desk to send me only one slice of toast because I didn’t want to waste food. After few days, she brought me two slices of toasts and told me that the size of the bread on that particular day was kind of smaller, and she thought one smaller piece wouldn’t be enough. That just brought a big smile in my face.” Even the dog at the property is so kind, it likes to welcome all the guests each time they arrive. I will definitely come back here next time I visit Nepal.

Hotel Shanker-Palatial Heritage Kathmandu ligt in Kathmandu, naast het Narayanhiti Palace Museum. Het hotel biedt een buitenzwembad en een spa. Er zijn 4 eetgelegenheden en u kunt gratis parkeren. We kwamen er voor de tweede keer. We werden zeer hartelijk ontvangen en kregen op deze mooie feestdag een kamerupdate kado. Superfijn 😁 Het supervriendelijke personeel, fijne kamers, lekker eten en relaxte omgeving midden in de drukke stad, heerlijk zwembadje, aanrader!
