The best staff ever hikmat , Santos, and sonkalba and the best egg chief in the restaurant , they have fair nice breakfast but wonderfull service, I recommend any one to try butter ..its super different. Reception they are great , gym isn't so great it needs some care , the roof restaurant is also wonderfull ,hotel is near from everything, it was great stay would love to visit again.

This was the third time I have stayed in this property. It feels like you are in your own home. Staffs are very friendly, accommodating, caring and courteous. Let me give you an example of its caring staff. “For the breakfast, they serve you with two slices of toasts. Since I was cutting down carbs, I asked the lady at front desk to send me only one slice of toast because I didn’t want to waste food. After few days, she brought me two slices of toasts and told me that the size of the bread on that particular day was kind of smaller, and she thought one smaller piece wouldn’t be enough. That just brought a big smile in my face.” Even the dog at the property is so kind, it likes to welcome all the guests each time they arrive. I will definitely come back here next time I visit Nepal.

O Hotel Shanker-Palatial Heritage Kathmandu está localizado em Katmandu, próximo do Museu Palácio Narayanhiti. O hotel dispõe de piscina exterior e spa. O atendimento de toda a equipe do hotel foi excelente. Staff simpático e acolhedor, sempre prestativos. O custo benefício é excelente, localização central e próximo ao centro comercial. A estrutura do hotel é antiga, clássica, mas bem conservada. Café da manhã farto e variado. Recomendo bastante a acomodação.
