We picked this apartment for the location. Perfect on the beach! The room was great, clean and comfortable! For us the view was the main thing but still perfect otherwise!

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! The apartment is directly across the street from St Clair Beach in Dunedin. The esplanade was literally 10 feet away. Absolutely breathtaking beach. Apartment was well equipped, with full kitchen and extra tv room. WiFi was free and worked great. Manager Katherine was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. Apartment was chilly but each room had a space heater, and bed had a lovely electric heating pad! Shared laundry facilities were a welcome treat! Photo was taken from the tv room window! Just wow!

It really was cosy, our host Andrea made us feel very welcome and helped out with local information. I needed to make a small repair of some clothing and she found me a sewing set to use.

Majestic Mansions – Apartments at St Clair is located 50 metres from St Clair Beach, and a 5-minute walk from the seasonal St Clair Salt Water Pool. We arrived early after a long flight. We were grateful that the room was ready and Loren was accommodating. We managed to freshen up and have some rest before exploring. The room has everything we need. There’s a mini fridge, cutleries and our room is just next to the laundry room which makes it easier. Beach is a few steps away the apartment with some shops nearby. It was a comfortable and wonderful place, definitely recommended.
