Primarily, the level of service is over and beyond what we have experienced anywhere in the world. They will go the extra mile, even anticipating what you need. The facilities are superb and truly lives up to its name - a Shangri-la, a paradise. The restaurant outlets were equally world class and so unique! The manaagers of both the Rima and the Sirena were just so over and beyond what we expect in terms of customer service. Here, you feel very welcome. I don't normally write reviews, much less in these superlative terms but it deserved nothing less. We will definitely be back.
