The location is right in binondo which is perfect as we want to observe the chinese new year. For a 3 star hotel its clean and the room size is not bad. some part of the headboard is bit worn out but we don't mind the room looks spotless . I will come back here again if I have non locals who would like to visit manila.

Check-in and out were a breeze.
