Their staff had also printed instructions in multiple languages so even if you are not strong in Polish you could read all the necessary information on the flyer they hand to you while check-in.

The 3-star Hotel Restauracja Caspar is located in the centre of historic resort district of Jelenia Góra, Cieplice. Everything as always. Super clean rooms, nery friendly staff. No problem is ever too big.

Good location in a quiet place near forest and aquapark. Brand new appartment with cleanliness on top level, I´ve never seen such a clean accomodation. Very nice view of the Krkonose mountain range.

This is the most comfortable apartment that I have ever been to, it has all necessary things: comfortable bed, washing machine, coffee machine, fully stuffed kitchen, fridge, big sofa. 10 out of 10, it was nice and clean.

Manager communication, apartment location and everything else. There was also a parking lot. The apartment and all the equipment in it, was of excellent quality. Everything you might need, even coffee/tea :D So thank you again for your hospitality and a wonderful 4 days of vacation :)

Everything was perfect - stylish, comfortable and top-notch designed apartment itself, furnished with good taste, super bathroom, amazing view from the dining room on Karkonosze mountains, modern blocks with parking area, quiet location close to the city SPA, park and supermarket. Didn't want to check out from the apartment, will be happy to return there again and spend more time than one night there)
