The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. It is also ideally located. It is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, bars, and other points of interest, and close to old San Juan. But what we liked the most was the outstandikg service provided by our host. He was in constant communication with us to make sure that everything was fine. He also provided us with great tips and recommendations, which enhanced our experience in Puerto Rico and made our trip memorable. I absolutely recommend this accommodation!

The rooms, common areas and balconies were clean, comfortable and welcoming (beautiful decor). Shower always had hot water. Self serve breakfast and kitchen was great (especially convenient with kids). The location felt safe, convinience stores and restaurants within 10 minute walk. Old San Juan was about 10 minute drive and Escambron beach about 5 minute drive. Hotel does not have parking but we never had trouble finding parking on the street. Check in and check out was efficient. The host is very nice and responsive. The whole atmosphere of this place makes you feel like you're on vacation, would definitely stay again!
