The host was very kind and friendly. The apartment itself was also nice, with stylish decoration in warm colours. You have everything you need and it offers enough space for 1 or 2 people.

The apartment was clean, well appointed, and in a quiet residential area. It was a 3 minute walk to a grocery store and about a 15 minute walk to the central area. The terrace was perfect for sunset viewing with a glass of wine to wind down from a busy day of walking and touring. We had an issue with our key and the door lock, but management was quick to respond and had a locksmith come out on a Saturday night of a holiday weekend to address the issue.

In particular, he welcomed us on the site for check-in and helped us to move our luggage from outside into the apartment. Also, he came over to help us again to move our luggage from the apartment to the taxi while we checked out. The host, Barbara & Pedro, did an exceptional job about pre-check-in by providing all-kinds of information about check-in instructions and local tourist information by using emails a few days early before we arrived, and arranged Rodrigo to welcome and help us since we are over 70s old. During our stay, the host created a chat group of WhatsApp with us to keep connection between open and smooth in order to meet any necessary requests that we may raise. We never have so nice experience before with rental hosts during traveling.
