The location is also perfect, very central.

Hotel Forty One features a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Bucharest. Perfect location, literaturally in the city center, with a variety of food choices and shoppings nearby. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and clean. I don't think the environment is noisy. It's totally okay for me even if my room was on the first floor and it was just above a bar. You can get a free pair of earplug if needed.
