The location is right in the Old Town, which means everywhere you want to go is minutes away. They don't have a reception, but you can always reach them through messaging, and they respond quickly. I arrived early so they were nice to take my luggage until the room was ready. At checkout the room wasn't booked so they offered me a free late checkout, which was super helpful since my flight was at night. They have a free mini bar, which they fill daily with nice snacks and drinks. High-speed wifi.

The location is fantastic.
