This property is amazing, beyond my expectations actually. Better than any other 4 star that you can get around. The location is really good, you have restaurants close by, Jeddah cornish is a few minutes walk. The staff is extremely helpful, Muhammed, Bashair, Noha and Hussain are all great people. Hussain in particular is very helpful. To be honest, I couldn't have wished for a better stay in Jeddah, especially at the price tag they offer. Highly recommended and its now my go-to place every time I visit Jeddah.

Qasr Al Sharq offers an indoor pool, a wellness spa for ladies only offering organic beauty treatments and a well-equipped gym. Located on North Corniche Road, it offers elegantly decorated suites. The breakfast was fantastic and very diverse. The location was exquisite. The Butler service was an experience. I got an upgrade to a honeymoon package with no extra charge.

Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, the convenience of this hotel is fantastic. What truly made my stay memorable, however, was the amazing customer service. Islam and Maboob went above and beyond to make sure my visit was perfect. From their warm welcome to their attentive care throughout my stay, their professionalism and hospitality really stood out. They made sure all my needs were met promptly and with a genuine smile. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and well-maintained. My room was comfortable and equipped with all the essentials. The facilities were also great, and I appreciated the attention to detail in every aspect of the service. Overall, I highly recommend Ewaa Express Hotel – Al Shati for anyone visiting Jeddah. The incredible location, coupled with the outstanding service from staff like Islam and Maboob, truly made my stay unforgettable. I'll definitely be returning!

The hosting, staff are very nice, all are willing to help and provide you with the best service, the Hotel manager is always around welcoming everyone, the Hotel offered me an upgrade for free.. was very nice surprise. I booked the room with breakfast and the breakfast was amazing, the outdoor seating on Roof worth a try in winter… :)
